This reminds us of our conversation at the March OMHRP meeting about Mindset Matters. You control your own thoughts and attitude. But in life, there are so many things outside our control. When this is our focus, we get discouraged, upset, angry, and insert any negative emotion. So if you want to change your situation, first stop blaming or complaining then focus on what you CAN control, the things you CAN do that help you reach your goals.
